A Dessert Wine. "A blend of Syrah Blush and Gewurztraminer" We released 100 cases in August, 2006 for this vintage.
TASTING NOTES: A medium bodied rose' wine, not overly sweet with floral overtones and a light citrus nose. A wonderful way to end a meal with a fruit or cheese plate.
Winery price: $15.00 for 375ml bottle, $28.00 for 750ml bottle.

Released in early February, 2008 with about 200 cases. Once again Layne Vineyards is the source for our grapes. We whole cluster pressed the grape juice into small oak casks for fermentation. After fermentation the wine remained in these casks on the yeast lees, stirred every 3-4 weeks for 9 months before racking and bottling. The wine is un-fined and un-filtered and will throw a sediment in the bottle with time.

TASTING NOTES: Very floral nose, tastes of peaches and apricots, great mouthfeel. Goes well with any white meats, fish, poultry and cheese.

TASTING NOTES: A barrel fermented, medium bodied, dry rose' wine with a fruity nose and great mouthfeel. A wonderful summer picnic wine. This wine goes well with BBQ, burgers etc.

A blend of 50% 2006 Merlot and 50% 2006 Zinfandel, from Old Stage Vineyards. We released this wine in December 2007 with about 200 cases.

TASTING NOTES: A full bodied, dry, intensely deeply colored red wine, aged in oak for 18 months before bottling. A fruity nose with great mouthfeel. Up front tannin structure denotes that it will age well. It goes well with red meat, cheese, chocolate and game.

Grapes from Tandem Vineyards, Applegate Valley. We released 150 cases in May, 2006. This wine is different from our other reds, it is a deep red in color with the alcohol content at 15.1% by volume but does not exhibit any of the traits of a wine high in alcohol.
TASTING NOTES: Exciting aromas of wild berries, flavors of bittersweet chocolate and expresso complemented by spice and vanillin notes. The tannins are soft and velvety with a rich mouthfeel to complement the taste experience.

Grapes from Old Stage Vineyards. We released 200 cases in July, 2008. This wine will be long lived because of the tannin structure. It was bottled after 36 months in French and American oak.
TASTING NOTES: Aromas of pepper and berries with flavors of expresso, dark chocolate, spice and vanillin. The tannins are up front and stand out, this wine will definitly benifit with bottle aging.

Grapes from Old Stage Vineyards. We released 200 cases in February 2007. This Cabernet Sauvignon received a little more than 24 months in the barrel before bottling. It was minimally handled, un-fined and unfiltered.
TASTING NOTES: Aromatic nose with aromas of pepper, wild berries, flavors of bittersweet chocolate and expresso complemented by spice and vanillin notes. The tannins are developed so this wine will definitely benefit with bottle aging, however it is ready to drink now.

Grapes from Old Stage Vineyards. THIRD RELEASE, BLACK FOIL. We released 100 cases in July, 2006. This wine is different from our other two Cabernet Sauvignon releases in that it has had 30 months in oak before bottling.
TASTING NOTES: Exciting aromas of pepper, wild berries, flavors of bittersweet chocolate and expresso complemented by spice and vanillin notes. The tannins are more complex, this wine will definitely benefit with bottle aging.
